Step One
A previous fitness product that helped self-directed lifters assess whether their muscle gain, fat loss, recomp or maintenance plan was working.
Step One ↗Founder of Crey
I understand how work happens, simplify the process and build the systems to make it work in practice.
LinkedIn ↗At Veenus and Bowling Tours, I mapped operational and sales processes, removed unnecessary steps and consolidated trackers. I helped implement a booking system and built pricing and quoting tools that reduced quote and contract preparation from 1-2 hours to a few minutes. I then ran sales myself, using the systems with customers.
I also built and ran Step One and Garment, taking software products from idea to launch and owning the design, development, customer conversations and support. That experience lets me work across the process and its implementation, rather than stopping at recommendations.

Built Step One, a fitness product that helped self-directed lifters assess whether their muscle gain, fat loss, recomp or maintenance plan was working.
Came back to Garment for a final attempt at the idea, a fashion/style discovery app that helped people find stylish outfits that lasted rather than getting lost in short-lived fashion trends.
Owned the internal implementation and rollout of a new booking system, working between the founder, operations team, tour operator clients, UI designer and external developer.
Started my first proper start-up while still at university, building the first iteration of Garment, a fashion/style discovery app that matched trending looks with people’s own taste.
